What is a preorder?

A preorder gives you the opportunity to secure your favourite Take a Drop pieces before they're officially available or back in stock.

Whether it's an exciting new release or a popular style making a comeback, preordering means your item is reserved just for you. It's the perfect way to make sure you don't miss out on limited releases or high-demand styles.

How do I know if an item is available for preorder?

All preorder products will be clearly labelled PREORDER on the product page, with further information included in the product description.

When will my preorder be shipped?

Each preorder product will have an estimated dispatch date listed in its description.

While we always aim to have your order on its way within the advertised timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to production, shipping or circumstances outside our control.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that dispatch dates are estimates and may be subject to change. If any significant delays arise, we'll do our best to keep you updated along the way.

What if I order in-stock items with my preorder?

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, everything will be shipped together once your preorder is ready.

We're unable to split orders into separate shipments, so if you'd like your available items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Once your preorder has been confirmed, we begin making arrangements with our manufacturer to secure your items.

For this reason, we ask that you carefully consider your purchase before placing a preorder, as cancellations or changes may not be possible once production is underway.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including any applicable rights to a refund or cancellation, will always be honoured.
